DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.
CONTACT WITH US
If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
DATA STORAGE
We would like to point out that we store the following data for the purpose of simplifying the processing of inquiries and for the subsequent processing of contracts:
- Name/Company,
- date of birth,
- company registration number,
- contact person,
- business address and other addresses,
- contact data (telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, etc.)
- Bank details, payment data
- Order data
- VAT number
- Booking data
The data provided by you are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of any subcontractors and our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations or to the Social Insurance Institution for Trade and Industry in the case of inquiries about our clients to determine the social security affiliation.
If no contract is concluded, we will delete your data after six months. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).
The data processing is based on the legal provisions of ยง 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.
You can revoke this consent at any time. A revocation has the consequence that we will no longer process your data for the above-mentioned purposes from this point on. For a revocation, please contact: office@topconcierge.at.
